- CHChris Howe-SmithJan 9, 20261.0I went in to the shop today and asked if I could place an order for tomorrow morning, since I needed some breakfast for an event. I had tried placing the order on the mobile app, but it was too big (nothing ridiculous, just more boxes of coffee and donuts than it would take). When I asked if I could order for tomorrow, the gentleman working stared at me for a few seconds and said “I’d rather not, because the store is closing”. This was at 1 pm and the order was for the next day. I asked again, clarifying that the order was for tomorrow, but he repeated that the store was closing so he couldn’t take my order. I’m not sure what the confusion was, but I was so dumbfounded I just left. I don’t normally write bad reviews, but this was so out of pocket, I couldn’t not share it.
- SSsuionDec 29, 20253.0I come here once every blue moon and somehow they always get my order wrong. Either my sandwich is burnt or barely has bacon on it or my drink is made improperly. This time it’s morning, people are tired I get that. But goodness. I asked for strawberry sprinkles and got plain chocolate. Asked for strawberry dream refresher and got a nasty strawberry dragon fruit. It’s always the same little lady too.
