That said, I hope the store can improve in a couple of areas: • Accuracy of orders: Since I always order the exact same items, I know what to expect. But too often, my latte comes out wrong—made with oat milk, skim milk, or sometimes even just black coffee with milk. It’s disappointing, especially since with mobile orders I don’t really get the chance to dispute it on the spot. • Bathroom cleanliness: On one occasion I needed to use the restroom with my kids, and it was honestly one of the dirtiest restrooms I’ve ever come across. I’ll continue to visit because it’s convenient and part of my weekly routine, but I truly hope these improvements can be made.

On top of that they try to push me to take a different item instead of what I ordered. The customer service is also poor, overall it is a frustrating experience.
