They charged me for a higher-priced item instead of the affordable one I ordered. When I noticed the mistake, they did not handle it appropriately at all and did not even offer an apology. This situation was very frustrating. For these reasons, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. If you plan to make a purchase, please consider using a different location that offers better service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.

I have tried to call Dunkin to place large orders several times and they have failed to take the call. One time they actually took the call, they said that I have to place my order of 50 sandwiches 1 day in advance and pay for it as well.
