Even when I ask clearly and confirm they have what I want, they still give me something else. I really wish they had better management in place to follow up with their employees and ensure customers get the service they deserve.

We ordered 48 donuts and 25 munckins and they told us they don't have the order then we show them the the receipt they said they couldn't find it after 30 minutes they found it one of the guy try to blame us rather than apologize. This guy name Carlos he was so rude he left us while we are talking to him.
