When my order was late, I called the store and dealt with the rudest person ever. Hung up on me twice and basically told me to be patient, it wasn't their problem because I ordered through doordash.

Yet the pizza wasnt even ready until 7:10pm.. i sat waiting for 8 eons for my pizza that should have been ready. I cant blame any individual person and wont? However this is totally unacceptable. To tell me a pizza is ready in 10/15 minutes but then takes over an hour..
