- TPTom P4 days ago1.0Super disappointed. Came around 9pm on a Friday, and even though the location is open till 11pm, they were out of carnitas, steak, fajita veggies, ice, and Coke Zero. Terrible management to run out of so many items at once. I mean honestly, how is the possible, other than being too lazy to prepare more food. And ice, really? I had to ask one of the employees standing around, who got me a small cup of ice, rather than filling the machine. Do better!!!!!

I placed a DoorDash delivery order, and while it arrived, the driver accidentally left some items behind. Shortly after, I received a call from Chipotle asking if I could come back to pick them up. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to but this location went above and beyond by sending one of their own employees to personally deliver the missing items to our office. To make things even better, they included extra items as a kind gesture. I genuinely commend this level of care and accountability. What could have been an unpleasant experience turned into an outstanding one. I will absolutely be ordering from this location again. Thank you for your exceptional service, you are truly appreciated!
