Granted I’m not expecting high end super duper service like I’m at a 5 star restaurant but more than the bare minimum isn’t a crazy request when I’m spending my money.. 1. Rude dismissive attitude of the manager. 2. Incorrect / skimp pick up orders. 3. Cold food … I mean you would think it’s fresh out of the refrigerator cold. I only live 5 minutes away, how and why is my food not even room temperature? Not sure how these things can be fixed but I hope they can figure it out and get back to providing good quality food and customer service. The chips and guac were perfect today though if that helps.
