    I had a really disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. The staff were surprisingly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of a simple greeting, I was met with impatience and a dismissive attitude when I asked a basic question about my order. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving staff behavior, because experiences like this definitely make me think twice about coming back.

    I’m extremely frustrated with my experience today. My order from Domino’s was supposed to arrive at 12:15, but it didn’t show up until 1:17 — over an hour late. That kind of delay is unacceptable, especially with no proper communication or update about what was going on. To make matters worse, the food was cold when it finally arrived. After waiting that long, the least I expected was fresh, hot food — not something that felt like it had been sitting out. The delivery driver, Jose, didn’t even get out of his car — he just sat there, which was very unprofessional. I also spoke to someone who said his name was John, and he was rude and not helpful at all. He told me to call the manager, Glen, instead of resolving the issue. Being treated like this and passed around instead of getting a real solution made the situation even more frustrating. I will be calling Glen tomorrow to formally complain. When you’re hungry and expecting your food at a certain time, being left waiting like that is beyond irritating. It completely threw off my time and ruined the whole experience. I expect better reliability, accountability, and customer service. Very disappointed.

    We had to wait for ~30mins after getting the order “ready to pickup” status on the app..there was no way to submit the feedback online.
