  Great place to go for tacos. Had the birria and surf & surf tacos, an order of chips and guacamole and enjoyed all of it! The staff were super friendly and kind, delivering us food with a smile and cups of water. Had a great time here enjoying the food AND atmosphere. A must try!

  I never heard of rock fish but until Big Papi introduced me to Rockfish tacos I'll never stop coming to Big Papis. Customer service was even top notched but down to earth. And the atmosphere is unbelievable. My date was ready after our meals too. Food was so good!!!

  Big Papi’s is officially my spot. This is my second time here and I already don’t see myself going anywhere else. The food is crazy good — fresh, packed with flavor, and every bite hits. Portions are big too, so you actually leave satisfied. The vibe is solid and the service makes you feel welcome every time. Honestly, it’s one of those places that just keeps you coming back.   My wife and I love trying new taco spots that we find, so we visited Big Papi's for a date last Sunday afternoon after seeing good reviews. Maybe it was when we went or the timing, but when ordering, many of the menu items were sold out. We also got a basic fountain soda but the staff member told us they only had two options. And then napkins? Also gone. We literally went to the bathroom and got a wad of toilet paper just to wipe our hands on something. The staff couldn't explain why so many things were out of stock and were clearly embarrassed, and I don't blame them. Food was fine but nothing extraordinary. That coupled with the rough experience and minimal options, I don't think we will be returning.

  I came for the tacos and was not disappointed. The shells are slightly crispy, a little chewy, served very traditionally, with meat, chopped onion, and cilantro. I requested cheese on mine ($1.00 extra) but they must've forgot. Tacos come with lime wedges, cucumber slices, and two sauces, a green sauce (slightly spicy, absolutely delicious) and a orange sauce (much spicier, not as yummy). Would definitely come back for the tacos and green sauce. I also wanted to try something different, so I ordered the Birria Ramen. The Ramen and Birria was cooked and packaged perfectly, but there really was no depth of flavor to it, not even salt, a definite miss for me. I think if I ordered it again, I'd jazz it up with some of my own toppings, but that's what I get for ordering Ramen at a taco place. Still, a unique experience. My only real complaints are the missing cheese, and the fact that when I walked in there was no one to greet me, or ask questions of. I ordered on my own from a kiosk, and was still asked for a tip. A kiosk asking for a tip is wild.
