  Although Martins has fresh fruit and veggies, a wide variety of products and friendly staff...their Dairy department is severely lacking. At least 50% of the time, there is NO whole milk on their shelves. This has been happening since 2020 with no excuse. Milk is not imported so no supply chain issues or any tarrif issues, just pure incompetence from an ordering perspective. You will need to call the store before hand to check if whole milk is on the shelves, be prepared, 50% of the time it will not be.

  Reason for 1 star is because not having actual person on register after 8pm. Having to use self checkout. They where lucky I actually needed my items for next day. Otherwise I would have left my curt sit & leave the store. I prefer dealing with real people. Always have.

  Tonight I saw a cashier crying after making a mistake. Someone came over and took over and didnt belittle her or anything. We all make mistakes. It's a great place to shop.

  I love Martins- their produce is good, I like having a Starbucks available in our small town, and their service is excellent- yesterday I had a young checker and bagger and it was probably the fastest checkout I've had in years. Also they make their sushi in house and it's very good. The guy making it is always cheerful.

  clean store. always has fresh food. the produce is top tier.
