Two male employees were assisting an elderly man who definitely needed some help. I’m not going to get specific with the situation of the elderly man but those two employees definitely went above and beyond. I think of Martins as our local, friendly grocery store and today I saw it in action!! The kindness and compassion they showed that man was incredible! Thank you!

The new set up has the chairs near the door. It's 25 degrees out, and the wind is blowing. It's freezing 🥶 I'm writing this while sitting here waiting. Still not ready. Over an hour waiting. I just asked if they were done yet. The girl got snippy and said they are set to be ready at 4pm. ANOTHER HOUR? I didn't get snippy back. I probably should have! Did I mention I'm freezing? I've never had such terrible service in your pharmacy before. Usually, if I tell them I'm waiting for them...they get them done in 20 minutes or so.

She didn’t ask me if i had a bonus card, she just scanned the items and kept looking at me. She didn’t even tell me the total for my items. After I paid, she didn’t say thank you take care like you’re supposed to be teaching them. The boy that was with her was very nice and told me to have a nice day and take care. I hope you find someone like the boy not like the girl. She looked like she didn’t want to be there.
