  Order my food at 8:10PM just to have my husband go in and receive it at 8:32PM. No cars in the drive thru and barely any inside. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. And to top it off the fries barley had any salt on them

  I placed a door dash order he waited and waited came right to me half a mile away my food was ice cold and old the burger was dry and falling off the bun no straws you give pics poor service and food I will not be ordering from this location again maybe the owner should take the night shift

  This location has treated me very unfairly due to me being a student they have refused service when I went to go to the counter nd whenever I do get food they automatically kick me out like I can’t even sit in there nd eat my food not only that this establishment doesn’t even make sure you got everything you ordered all the staff are petty and rude along with disrespectful and honestly if I could give this a negative 5 stars I would but honestly y’all don’t even deserve a review matter of fact y’all don’t even deserve that 3.0 y’all deserve a big fat zero and should be shut down not only that the establishment low-key dirty, honestly I hope for the worst for this establishment nd it’s a shame because I’ve loved McDonald’s since I was young nd the fact that y’all have treated me with such horrid service you all should genuinely be fired nd never work another day in ur lives bc of how horrible you all are at ur job,mind you I’m homeschooled too so they kick ppl out based off of how they look !!

  The food was not quite as neat. Looks like they slopped it together. It was messy and there's no one to talk to you, got to do everything on the computer board to get your food and then they didn't have it. So you had to wait for it outside, so aggravating, so fast food is not fast still you got away for it And the burgers are going at quality is going down.They taste terrible.If you don't add all the mustard ketchup onions , you just eat the burger , you will get sick

  The “manager” name pronounced (Muh-Lay-Uh)(No name tag, name given verbally) was INCREDIBLY unprofessional and lacked all basic customer service skills. I ordered a large lemonade and two spicy mcchickens. They gave my lemonade in a Mccafé cup (nearly half the size of a large) and when I questioned the size she instantly got disrespectful and when I tried to explain why I was questioning it and told her I get a large lemonade every day and have never been served it in that cup, she continued to get irate and just insisted it was “company policy” which I found strange seeing as though no other branch of the company I have ever visited has been under this “policy” My mcchickens were not spicy and had diced onion on them. I consumed 0% of this meal, especially the lemonade of genuine concern that it was tampered with. I asked for her superior and she told me she was the manager. I asked again and only then did I recieve a male superior who kindly explained and replaced my drink. People with zero respect and patience like this “Manager” Malaya/Malea should not work in customer service positions.
