  Gave food away to someone else; Employee (Desire- lol really) extremely rude, cursing and arguing with customers. She refused to answer the phone for 15 minutes because they "have too many orders already". So it just constantly rang. This is the person you want representing your store and your brand? Manager (Deonte) has no control of staff, situations, or anything. Why is he a "Manager"? Store is a JOKE! I've been there (3) times, and each time there has been an issue! I waited another 40 min to finally get my online-ordered food! This will be my LAST TIME going to this location- or maybe ANY Wingstop at all! This store needs to be closed until it either retrains existing employees or hires new employees and management staff that are much better and capable of being what they were hired to do!!!

  I placed an online order. I got a 10 piece with fries and a drink the combo I ordered the Hawaiian and the Dry rub. Customer service stinks , No one greets you. They all were talking amongst themselves and then finally somebody asked. Do you need to place an order? No, I’m here to pick up an order.I picked up my order. They gave me lemon pepper and Dry rub flavor wings and handful of fries.( Where is the rest of my fries?) I’m disappointed because we were waiting for this to open up, A Wingstop closer To where we live. I hope they get it together. I probably won’t return.

  First experience at this location. Chicken was bland and wasn't fried crispy as other locations typically do. The fried corn was more flavorful than the chicken.

  Food was fresh. Cashiers need a lil more training but it’s new and they’re learning. Glad to have a wingstop closer.
