As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The young adults are VERY rude and ignorant , one of the young adults even made a threat . It’s a poorly managed store . They don’t teach their young employees Proper Customer Service. I placed an order and had to wait over 20 mins for my Food and the only reason I got it was because I got out my vehicle to question how much longer my order was gonna be . The staff was Extremely rude . They were on there phones and standing around talking . It’s sad that paying customers have to have these kinds of experiences. Customers pay there hard earned money and deserve better treatment and service than that . I asked for names and the manager told me she wasn’t giving me her name or the other employees names .What ever happened to wearing name badges ??I wish the CEO would get more involved with this store , this store is in my community and My family and I should be able to come here and receive good service . I will be taking it a step further tomorrow because this TRULY unacceptable
