  I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this location consistently provides poor customer service, and at this point it needs to be said. The staff regularly rushes customers through the line in an unprofessional and impatient manner. Asking for basic items like napkins feels like an inconvenience, and on more than one occasion I’ve had difficulty getting proper change. The overall attitude comes across as dismissive and unfriendly rather than customer-focused. Most of the time, the problems come from the woman working the drive-through window who shows a lack of courtesy. Customers should not feel like they are bothering the staff just by ordering. To be clear, I do not come to this Dunkin’ because I enjoy the experience. I come here strictly due to proximity. If there were a closer alternative, I would avoid this location altogether. I hope management takes a closer look at staffing and customer service expectations, because this location falls well below what should be considered acceptable
