Okay let's get started. So my husband and I took our family out here tonight at the Princess Anne location, and again, got great food. Every time we go, we get great food, no order mistakes and the employees are professional and dare I say, doing a fantastic job with positive attitudes? Why yes, yes I do.
Is the line long at times? Can be. If they're backed up, does the person professionally and politely say they will be right with us? Everytime. Do we get our food NON thrown in the bag, all wrapped up properly and all that good jazz? Yes on that too, everytime. Are we greeted with smiles and a lighthearted chuckle or mini small talk at the window too? Yup on that one too. See here's the kicker. They're SIGNIFICANTLY understaffed, the night shift is seriously over performing on duties that should be for a whole crew. And they're OVER delivering on that end, phenomenally in that understanding. I went back to ask their names as we had a huge order and they handled it wonderfully and I'm pretty sure the names were Dawn and TaMia (TaMya) ? Correct my spelling please. Regardless- they did fantastic. They were understaffed, it's night time, people get cranky and sassy trying place orders not understanding that simple yet understatement of a concept for a fast food joint, and yet, they handled it like bosses, and kept it pushing with a smile on their face. The food was great, the service was great, and even if there was a mixup with the order, which there was NOT, people need to remember that the employees are humans too and y'all probably don't like being shortstaffed at your own place of work yet it's unheard of to have understanding when y'all are hangry. Long story short, Princess Anne Wendy's has given us multiple great drive thru experiences, and I think they need more appreciation than they receive. Perhaps, Wendy's Corp should do something professional about shortstaffing some of their business locations if they don't care for seeing all the negative feedback. Hope everyone enjoyed the short critique along with my two cents that no one asked for, and then some; stay blessed.
