  Just had ordered food took an 11/2 for me to get it and when I got it , it was cold and not even the correct food we ordered. It was delivered with in a timely manner.

  I’ve tried 3 times since they’ve opened and it’s worst each time! 20 minutes in the drive through for one item is ridiculous!

  Had two people in front of us in drive thru line. We had mobile order that was placed 10 minutes before arriving. Waited a total of 30 minutes between the drive thru and then being directed to wait in a parking lot spot for another 10 minutes. How are there 6+ workers and the foods not done! The mobile order app also glitched and the chicken sandwich we ordered, was just a patty! We received a plain patty, two cheeseburgers. We ordered a chicken sandwich, a cheeseburger, and 6 pc nugget. We didnt get the nuggets. Very disappointing and a waste of time and money.

  They just opened this new store recently down here and are already having a bunch of issues, one day I tried to order and their system’s were down. And just today I just tried to order on the app and guess what? Their systems are down again! They’re not going to last long here if they don’t get their stuff together that’s for sure.

  We went here on 1/30/26 around 7pm and had a horrible experience. We had been so excited to try it out and saw that there finally wasn't a long line. We ended up waiting for 10 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of us, also waiting, got to the speaker to order and were told we had to wait. When we finally did get home with our food our order was missing an entire meal. We decided to take the loss of that ~$14 meal because the service was so bad we didn't know how long it would have been before getting seen to get it resolved.
