  Picking up an online order here is a joke. You're better off doing your own grocery shopping given the amount of time you sit waiting for your order.

  Have been unable to contact you-noone answers the meat department phone and your website does not share a private email, so I have to do this publicly. You need to know that the lamb chops I purchased today stunk and were inedible. The packaging hid the smell until I got ready to cook them. You need to be more vigilant. I had to give one star because you wouldn't let me post with no stars. I like the store but this was very disappointing.

  The grocery store was very clean, organized and well run. I was able to find some late night snacks while traveling from out of state.

  I have shopped at this Giant for decades, and usually my experience is very pleasant. The store is clean, everything is well stocked. The problem is the deli. If you want Boar's Head meats, you actually have to deal with someone at the deli. I have had a lot of really frustrating experiences. No one hates working at their job more than the deli workers. Stop by at any time and you will hear someone (A) complaining about their shift, (B) complaining about a coworker who isn't there on time or took to long on break or isn't doing something right, (C) complaining that there aren't enough people working at the deli. People's jobs are hard and deli people are on their feet dealing with people all day. I get it. People deserve grace. They deserve slack. But it gets old every week when it's the same deal every time. It's exhausting. It's predictable, and it's unprofessional. Today was the last straw for me. I approached the deli counter at 8:20 pm (nowhere near closing time). The woman behind the counter shouted "Sir! What do you want sir? What do you want?" I asked for roast beef. She turned on her heel and shouted to no one in particular "This is the last night I close. I can't deal with this!" Honestly, I've dealt with the constant complaining. The loud bickering. The frustrated looks when I try to place an order. The confused looks when I order ahead via the app and no one has prepared it because no one is checking. The long waits because workers hope someone else will take my order so they don't have to. But having someone tell me that I was the reason they're tired of working because I asked for something at the deli counter? Nuts to that. I'm done. Nick's deli counter across the street is a well oiled machine with polite and professional workers. Their deli prices are cheaper than Giant's. There's just no need to subject yourself to scorn just because you're trying to buy overpriced food.
