  Tried this place for the first time and really enjoyed it. The cheesesteak was hot and fresh, fries were crispy, and the lemonade was great. Staff was friendly even during a busy time. I’ll definitely be back.

  walked in during lunch rush and was greeted by several staff members even though they were busy, very impressive! i ordered the chicken teriyaki cheesesteak and only had to wait less than 10 minutes for my food, even though they were fulfilling 20+ orders with more people in line ready to order! watching even the manager packing food, double checking each box for accuracy, while also handling customer requests was very cool to see. line staff and register employees were also greeting guests and packing orders. sandwich was delicious and HUGE for the price and fries were crispy. bathrooms and dining area were clean, and every single employee was working together like a well-oiled machine! overall, very pleasant experience

  We just went to Charley’s for the first time on Saturday. Sadly, we were not impressed. There was hardly any meat in our cheesesteak sub. 🙁 We thought it was a joke…. The fries were soggy and they barely filled up the tiny cup they give you. People sitting behind us were complaining too. Only thing I liked was the wings, but nothing special. For us, it wasn't worth the money. $36 for a small wing combo, a Cheesesteak sub with a drink…whaaaat? What a shame…. I won’t be back.

  Won’t be coming back here anytime soon, ordered online 30 minutes before arriving, then sat and waited for 45 minutes. People were canceling their orders left and right. Very unorganized, and clearly a huge lack of training.

  Finally opened! The steak and cheese at this Charley’s location is absolutely amazing! The bread is incredibly soft, the cheese melts perfectly in your mouth, and every bite is so satisfying. The price is fair, the customer service is excellent, and the quality is way better than at the other location. I can’t wait to come back for my second visit!
