- JPJoseph PellicaneMar 15, 20261.0This was the worst cup of coffee I have ever had. The process they get your food and drink and donuts is terrible. Totally understaffed. Too many people all making the same mistakes. Good and beverages sat for a long time because the order screen did not update. Had to order at a kiosk. And wait and wait. Then go stand in another line for your donuts. Took me an hour to get 2 coffee, 3 donuts and a breakfast sandwich. Went to WaWa the next day. It's convenient that's it's located in GWL but the worse service and food experience the whole time we were there. Everything else ran well and food was average to good. This place was terrible. Do not go. Every person I asked had the same experience. Bad coffee. Bad process. Very long wait. They have coffee in the GWL at the buffet or pretzel place.
