I got a call from the owner explaining a few things that seemed understandable and fair. We have slowly worked our way back to this Domino's doing carryout only. The staff sure made a turnaround as far as attitude and presentation of their shop. People actually appear as though they enjoy their work and take pride in their product. The music volume came to an acceptable and enjoyable level. We then placed some delivery orders and our orders have either been as placed (I wanted a 2 L root beer, but ordered a 20 oz instead! Literacy is a good thing) or the store was a short phone call away from making it right. Congratulations on the turnaround and I hope all goes well for your entire team!
