- KMk malonMar 28, 20261.0Everything i come in to this place im kind ask how the server is, say thank you ect. Every time I go, i get zero response and her face, she never smiles. At least greet the people when they come in. I work in customer service and no matter how I feel my patients will never know Im having a bad day because I leave it at the door. Right now im going through a lot of Health issues but you know what I still smile and im kind to not only my patients but anyone. Do better!!!!!

I decided not to comment on that in person when I realized that one customer who finally received her smoothie had also been sitting down before I walked into the store so clearly she dealt with the same exact thing

When I mentioned that the sign said they closed at 9pm and the big neon light said “open”, they said “I don’t know what to tell you. We’re closed and not making any more smoothies”. They were incredibly rude and nasty. Customer service clearly doesn’t exist at this location. At least not with the employees who closed on Jan 11. The manager should be ashamed of their behavior.

Received my sandwich without lettuce and ranch so I went back to the store and they informed me that they were out of Lettuce . Whatever I go back to work but then my smoothie had the same consistency as water so I took it back . One of the workers gave me a number to call because they couldn’t give me a refund. Spoke to the manager and he said he will process my refund in a hour. He never did. When I called back on Saturday he never got back to me. 0 customer service and for a place with food cue cards you’d think it would be better and the service sucks
