- CMCamille Melissa1 day ago1.0This location is terrible. I got there a full 25 minutes before they closed and they refused to provide service. When I mentioned that the sign said they closed at 9pm and the big neon light said “open”, they said “I don’t know what to tell you. We’re closed and not making any more smoothies”. They were incredibly rude and nasty. Customer service clearly doesn’t exist at this location. At least not with the employees who closed on Jan 11. The manager should be ashamed of their behavior.

Received my sandwich without lettuce and ranch so I went back to the store and they informed me that they were out of Lettuce . Whatever I go back to work but then my smoothie had the same consistency as water so I took it back . One of the workers gave me a number to call because they couldn’t give me a refund. Spoke to the manager and he said he will process my refund in a hour. He never did. When I called back on Saturday he never got back to me. 0 customer service and for a place with food cue cards you’d think it would be better and the service sucks

Then add on a jerk wrap and street corn you have yourself a lightweight tasty winner 😋 . The atmosphere was clean including the restroom and the staff was very friendly. Great job guys 👏🏾. Stopped in for lunch and they did not disappoint.
- THThatsMe4d HollandAug 31, 20254.0A sign should have been posted. I ordered the Acai bowl without blueberries because they make my tongue sore. I asked for pineapples instead. This was not my first time ordering this. The receipt would normally reflect a substitute had been made, and the cost was the same as posted. A couple of weeks ago when I ordered it, I was charged extra and told that you do not substitute anymore. I was still being charged for the blueberries even though they were not going to put them in the bowl, and extra for the pineapples. I then asked that the blueberries be placed in a separate container , and I would give them to someone that could eat them, since I was paying for them. A sign should have been posted saying that substitutes were no longer allowed if that is the policy. I have not been back since that experience.
