  The old Indian lady was EXTREMELY rude. We ordered a sugar free vanilla iced latte with oat milk, we said it three times. After we paid at the window they gave us a full sugar regular milk iced latte. We asked them to remake it. They did while sighing and rolling their eyes. When the older lady handed it out to us, she rudely said “next time say sugar free vanilla syrup”, which WE did say. So rude. I’ll be going to Starbucks next time!

  I came to this location because the location by Halethorpe Marc sucks. Anywhere, I always have my dog with me in the morning and the lady at the drive thru gave him some hashbrowns. Mayhem was very excited and enjoyed them. That's great customer service for me I'll be back. Whoever the lady was at the window on 3/13 @ 5:30ish and you gave me a couple of hasbrowns Thank You 💜💜🐶

  I came to this location after calling to confirm they had the megan the stallion promo going on withe cup and they said yes. I drove to the location and ordered a medium, megan mango refresher, 2 donuts and a bagel. I asked about the cup and she said she did not know what I was talking about then said yes we have it and charged me $1.00 for it when it is supposed to be free with purchase. I asked her why she was charging me and she said “oh ok hold on” and proceeds to change it from “pop up cup” to protein milk and charged me extra when the drink already includes that! I get to the window and she hands me the wrong order. I tell her that is not mine and she snatches the bag! Ahe gives me my order and is mugging me as if I was wrong. Oh and the KICKER!! She gave me NO STRAW! I will NEVER come back to this location! OH and the donuts are hard as a ROCK!!!!
