  Today was the worst service I have EVER received from this Taco Bell. Today, I ordered my food at about 10:00pm on DoorDash, while that’s not the restaurant directly, the workers continued to put me on hold when I tried to file a complaint. DoorDash did NOT allow me to get a refund. My food came COVERED in my Baja blast. The cup was not shut fully, and it was sticky when I received this order. I normally don’t even write reviews, but this is by far the worst order I have ever received. DoorDash JUST NOW let me get my credits, and this Taco Bell put me on hold AGAIN. I do not appreciate this.

  We go to Taco Bell several times a week and no matter what we order it is always wrong. We ordered from DoorDash and they didn’t send half the order and the other half was wrong. I tried calling the store and was put on hold, then hung up on and called back and now it says noone is available to get the phone.

  The App is the Best Way to Order Hands Down. This team has it together. Double Beef and Cheese Burrito always wins. Chicken Quesadilla was great. Only downside just like everyone else, the prices are starting get out of control for our favorite fast food taco spot but that’s the teams fault.

  The story with this place has been the same for the past 30 years. The employees are typically friendly, your order is correct most times, and the food is Taco Bell. The problem is with trying to serve too many orders at once. Here is how it goes: it's 7:30pm and you go to get Taco Bell for dinner, but so did 4,000 other people. There is a line wrapped around the building for the drive through, so people start thinking, "I will get my order faster if I go inside and order it at the counter. I'm so smart." The problem is that the same people making the food for the drive through now have to make it for all of the people inside. And then it takes you 30 or more minutes to get your food no matter where you are. I don't know what the solution is, but if I ran the joint I would end either the dining room or the drive through service (probably dining) before the dinner rush and focus solely on serving the other more efficiently.

  Ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes and 2 soft tacos and received one crunch wrap and 2 soft tacos. Called for a refund of just the one crunch wrap and was told I need to come to the store to receive a refund or the second crunch wrap. Check your order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
