  It had been a while since we’ve had it because we a few botched orders i.e. cheese on lid or cheese slid off. We decided to try again and it was very good. Thank you

  Everything was wonderful, including the cleanliness of the restrooms. I don't recall the waitresses' name however she had an extremely pleasant demeanor and was especially attentive. GREAT JOB!! 😁😁

  Ordered two pizzas yesterday for carryout, taking part in the $5.55 deal. One pizza half sausage/half bacon and one cheese. Order was not taken correctly even though the lady on the phone confirmed what was ordered. One pizza was bacon and sausage and the other was cheese. This mis-order on their part ended up charging us more for an extra topping. Arrived 5 minutes prior to the time we were told to be there and paid for the order. Pizzas weren't ready yet. The person who appeared be the manager was manning the register area. Whomever this person is was very inattentive to what was going on. Either he didn't want to be there or didn't seem to really care about running the restaurant or doing his job. Around 25 minutes later person who was boxing the pizzas called out stating another person's carryout was ready and the manager realized that my order was sitting there for quite a while and called me since he noticed my order was there. He didn't apologize for the wait or his mistake on not doing his job. The main consideration with this area is that there is probably 20+ pizza shops within a 5 mile radius of this store. Many of them are mom and pop shops or dives. Most of these shops have decent pizza for a very good price (usually can get an extra large pizza for around $7). Others are more pricey but the cost is validated... Since Pizza Hut can't generally meet the other shops in the area on price, they need to at least offer good service or have something else that makes them stand out if they still want to survive. We stopped ordering Pizza Hut a couple years ago and gave them another shot with this $5.55 special to see if they were worth ordering from again in the future. I can state that I will continue ordering from any other place in the area (most likely Carini's or 1978) and give them my business...
