  OK, great customer service I live in Lakeshore in over the last few years. Their service of this McDonald’s have been incredible. The management has been top of the game thank you so much. You don’t see this much in fast food so I just wanna say thank y’all I used to work at Pizza Hut I can know it can be very stressful under pressure. I could only imagine the amount of orders y’all get thank y’all for rocking out.

  Ordered a sausage egg and cheese mc muffin in the drive through. Well, as most people in the morning, they are on their way to work and factor in just enough time to get breakfast on the go. I get half way down the road and take a bite and it has a spicy sauce. I started to cough immediately had to pull over before I wrecked my car. This was totally unexpected and I didn't order this kpop demon hunter spicy BS, as what the wrapper suggests! My order number was #92 at 09:33 am on 4/3/26. You can check your system and see the order. I threw it out my window and proceeded to work, since I don't have time to come back, and now just from that one bite my stomach is jacked up. Are you trying to kill people? If the chemicals don't get you, the spicy sauce you didn't ask for will...

  Extremely slow often. Had to go to a waiting spot for a double cheeseburger and a mcchiken.

  They NEVER have anything ready when using drive thru. Hire some help and get the food out before unit gets cold

  I specifically asked for no salt on my fries due to my high blood pressure problems, and I got extra salt on my fry order. Very upset and uncalled for.
