  I find most of what I need here. Foodlion brand food tastes very good as well as quality at a reasonable price. I wish they would add more variety of vegetables and root crops.

  I wanted to give a huge shout out to Mandy in the Bakery. I needed a cake for an 80th surprise birthday party. I was going to order it from a different bakery but ordered too late, as they needed several days of lead time. That bakery recommended I call Food Lion and said their cake decorator, Mandy, is the best in Pasadena. I called and talked with Mandy 24 hours before I needed the cake, she had me send over a photo of what I was hoping for and said she could have it ready by the next morning. When I picked up the cake, I was thrilled at how beautiful it was and how well she was able to recreate the one I sent in the photo. She saved the day!!! Thank you Mandy!

  I'm in this place every week and its always a pleasure! Staff is helpful and great, always up for a chat during check out! The only issue I've ever had was some times you need to check your produce very well because I've seen some moldy food out on the shelf or after a few days I go to grab some out the fridge and find mold hidden down inside. Its usually the strawberries and grapes but I've seen it on the corn also. Other then that I've never had an issue with any other products from there. Everything is at a great price considering things now a day.
