  We’ve been here multiple times, and I’ll start by saying the food is consistently great—no complaints there at all. That’s honestly the reason we keep coming back. Unfortunately, the customer service is a completely different story. Every time we visit, the staff is loudly talking about other people, and it’s very easy for customers to hear. If you want to have those conversations, that’s your business—but it really should be kept in the back, not out in the open where guests are trying to order/enjoy their meals. It comes across as unprofessional and uncomfortable. There is also different staff every time. On top of that, there’s little to no enthusiasm from the staff. Everyone seems unhappy or disengaged, which affects the overall experience. Good food can only carry a place so far—customer service matters too. I really hope they work on improving the atmosphere and professionalism, because the food deserves a better front-of-house experience.

  I placed an online order for 4 piece Chicken Tenders to be delivered. Instead of chicken tenders, I received tater tots. I called the store and they stated they can not do a refund. I over paid and they said they could put my name on a board and if I ever come in they can give me the correct item. That is not customer service. It is ridiculous. They had no one else for me to speak to so I am giving this store a poor review for unsatisfactory customer service! I will not be ordering from them again.

  Thought I tried the Cheeesy burger and tots. Burger was pretty good and I'm satisfied with how it turned out. Tots were basic, no seasoning but were cooked well. I'd give this place a visit again.

  The food is bomb!! My sister came into town yesterday (3/21/25) & has SEVERE egg, chicken & sea food allergies. She cant eat at a lot of restaurants due to cross contamination & already packaged items like the bread (buns) containing egg. If she comes into contact with these items or anything with these items in it then it'll take 2 seconds for her to start swelling and we'll be in the way to the hospital. She was able to eat a burger (the pre packaged bun contained no egg). She could enjoy her meal with the rest of us. I eat here all the time. I even have the app where I get points and can get free food. The staff know me now but they were so friendly from day 1.
