  Wish I could say more good about this place. The friends we went with spoke so highly of them. This was my family's first visit to your establishment. They only brought out 4 of the six meals we ordered... we waited for the other 2 plates... after some other folks that came in after us left with food, I walked up to check on our other 2 meals... They were up there on the counter surrounded be a lot of Togo orders... I asked if I could have those two plates... she said I can take them too your table. No thanks, I am here now for them. For the price of each meal, this was extremely dissapointing. Two thirds of our group was almost done with thier meals when the 2 got started with a warm burger and cold fries. So sad after dropping over a hundred dollars for hamburgers. Needless to say there are many other places to choose from.. I love burgers, eat them multiple times a week.... too many other places to choose from!

  Just wanted to leave an amazing review for autumn FiFi and Matt at the Parkville Way back. Matt is an amazing manager who’s always very attentive and takes care of everything. Me and my son Need and FiFi and autumn always have wonderful smiles and they seem to enjoy what they do. All I can say is they all need raises immediately. Thanks again for everything.

  the 2 girls in the front were definitely rude and unprofessional. I came in with my boyfriend and he did something I didn’t like so I pulled him aside away from the workers and quietly talked to him. But the whole time one of the girls were giving me an awful stare and none of the workers even began making the food because they wanted to listen in on the conversation. I left, but the girls confronted my boyfriend, saying that I practically “yelled” which is definitely not the case because I’m sick. And then they admitted that they havent even started making the food. Being paid to be gossip girls is crazy. maybe if the employees werent too busy being messy, more people would come.

  OMG! My first time ordering from Wayback burgers on Doordash. I absolutely enjoyed the CRAFT YOUR OWN - DOUBLE burger and the HOT DOG - CRAFT YOUR OWN with the FRIES. It felt like being at a cookout. The burgers were cooked fresh and the all beef hotdog reminded me of my grandmother's summer holiday cookouts. The fries are hand cut. Portion sizes are great. I would order there again and again. Wayback is definitely a good burger spot. My first time ordering from Wayback and they hit it out the ball park, that's a HOMERUN!

  It was good, hit the spot. We needed some sustenance to get through the rest of our errands so my friend got a burger and fried pickles. Both were okay but not the best they’ve ever had. There’s ample seating and single stall bathrooms. Great options for customization. Not many options for gluten free girlies :/. I didn’t end up getting anything but I enjoyed sitting there. Burger not pictured because it was gone by the time I remembered to take a pic.
