- SSskyyy skyyyJan 6, 20261.0I tried to place a order for today on the website and it didn’t give me the option to place it for today so it placed it for tmr when I called the store the manager was nasty otp when I tried to explain that it didn’t give me that option he got smart and told me talk to corporate about it and refuse to even offer anything for there mess up can’t even get my money back and I’m Just disappointed I love subway but this location I will never and I mean never eat here again the customer service needs a lot of improvement specially when talking to a customer on the phone ! I’ve been in customer service for over 5 years and I can say if I was the gm that person would’ve been fired because you just don’t talk to customers like that .

Although I can only eat salad, there's never an issue with cross contamination. I've NEVER had a problem at this location. This is why this is the only location I feel safe eating.
