    Store is a bit dingy and there was no hand soap in the men's bathroom. How are their employees washing their hands?

    There was that deaf woman taking my order, and I asked for a large iced cold cloud latte, but I was given a large hot latte. Not only that, but I also asked for two doughnuts that are Poe's purple and Kreme Delight, and what I was given was only Poe's purple and a white glazed doughnut. This is not the only time that they literally get my orders incorrect. There had been cases where the employees who were taking your orders heavily judged you too, like if you were speaking too loud, then the employee who was taking your orders would say, "Shut up." You're probably better off making it at home; their products are just way too expensive to begin with.

    I cannot say enough nice things about this location!!! It must have new management because years ago there were constant issues. Now it’s perfection, the super friendly, efficient staff, quick service, i absolutely love this location. Keep up the great work!

    I'm not sure if this is a local phenomenon or it is National but their donuts have gotten really small. It seems like they're half the size that they were not that long ago. Looks like I'm going to have to find another local place!
