  This Dunkin location is consistently disappointing. The customer service is rude and unhelpful, and simple requests turn into unnecessary back-and-forth arguments after payment on the app and proof. I asked for a bag for my order and was met with attitude instead of a solution and repeated escalation by manager staff. The service is also slow, and the food is often not even hot by the time you get it. For a place that’s supposed to be quick and convenient, this location misses the mark completely on both. Overall, it just feels disorganized, unfriendly, and not worth the hassle. I won’t be coming back.

  Store is a bit dingy and there was no hand soap in the men's bathroom. How are their employees washing their hands?

  There was that deaf woman taking my order, and I asked for a large iced cold cloud latte, but I was given a large hot latte. Not only that, but I also asked for two doughnuts that are Poe's purple and Kreme Delight, and what I was given was only Poe's purple and a white glazed doughnut. This is not the only time that they literally get my orders incorrect. There had been cases where the employees who were taking your orders heavily judged you too, like if you were speaking too loud, then the employee who was taking your orders would say, "Shut up." You're probably better off making it at home; their products are just way too expensive to begin with.
