  The venue itself is very great, very well kept, and inviting. However, when it came to the people and the service, I found the employees rude, and our experience felt rushed. I can recall only one employee being very gracious and helpful, while the rest were very short with my group and contradictory to the Topgolf experience. Respectfully, Topgolf is far too expensive to receive this type of treatment. How you act towards guests truly does leave an impact.

  Wonderful server, TERRIBLE manager. We were in bay 331 on April 26. Our group was charged extra for drinks that the menu clearly says are included with the kids' meals. The manager admitted he knew the menus were outdated and wrong, but still refused to take the charge off. Instead he got super confrontational and asked me if $3 was "going to break the bank"?????

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a TERRIBLE, disappointing experience at top golf after being a loyal returning customer who enjoys playing here. Unfortunately this weekend I had a disgusting encounter with this location’s manager going by the name of Arthur! He treated me and my guests with pure DISRESPECT and IGNORANCE, but his tone of voice is crazy for a “manager”.. I can’t even imagine how he is in a private setting. He cant act like this in a professional work setting. I hope no one has to experience this level of disrespect; Very disappointing and I will NOT be returning.

  Overall experience was great however, there are serious miscommunications between the rules that are emailed and what actually happens. The occupancy and pricing are NOT the same. Once we arrived at the sections(s) I was almost immediately greeting by the manager with a new set of rules. This resulted in having to paying more than what was advertised to be included. I was also told we weren’t allowed to seat more than 12 (6 per section) but the confirmation says 16. If anyone “extra” were to attend then they’d have to sit inside. I tried explaining that the email that is sent out when you pay the deposit explains otherwise. Manager then told me he doesn’t see that information and doesn’t know anything about it. I’m led to believe that is not true based on the immediate explanation upon arrival.

  First time experiencing bad customer service at this location…very disappointed. Came in around 7:10 and asked if there was a wait, I was told there was about a 45 min wait. I asked if I should just book the online reservation for 7:45, then she just took my info and said it could be sooner. While waiting we got tacos and drinks (they were good). Around 7:45 I went back down to check on about how much more time and told at least another 30 minutes. That did not make any sense to me so I ask for the manager (Jeremiah). I explained the situation to him and he stated they don’t have access to the online reservations. I asked if I would’ve made the online reservation initially when I asked about it would I still be waiting. He said it depends if they have a waitlist. The process did not make sense and seems unorganized since there seem to be a quite a few empty tables on the 3rd floor and servers.
