  Asked for an egg n cheese biscuit and hash brown, waited for 5 minutes, blow the car horn no response, finally came to pickup window and asked could I pull up, I said no please how long does a simple egg n cheese biscuit take to make, or refund my money, gave me my food 10s seconds later. Come on McDonald's please do better.

  Employees were friendly, but couldn’t speak English well. This was quite problematic at the drive through.

  This is probably my first ever McDonald’s review. But I couldn’t help but just do it. The reason being is because the lady who took our order, her name is Janeda. Her energy was so high early in the morning and honestly we needed that! She made our day even though we were just getting coffee. Thank you, Janeda! Keep being yourself and making people feel good just by interacting with you.

  I am appauled by the up front disregard to a paying customer by someone being paid to work and a simple job at that. She said her name was Veronica when taking my order at the drive thru. Placing the order was flawless however at the window Veronica doesn't say a word to me flops out the cc machine while yelling to a coworker in spanish repeatedly 'if he was feeling ok' , 'estas bien!? , si estas bien!? te digo si estas bien!?' in a loud tone yet never acknowledged me.. the paying customer.... then my receipt is swung out the window, I reach for it and then just as quick the window closes. What a disgrace!! I appreciate the older lady at the next window who nicely greeted me, looked at me and even wished me a nice day. Mcdonalds, please, there are several other options for hiring just give them a chance and don't settle for females that apply or are referred by someone else already within the company. Those tend to be the wrost and less capable really.
