  Made a reservation for 6:15. Arrived at restaurant at 6:10 and was seated right away. Sat at table for 10 minutes and no one ever greeted our table. Host that sat us asked if our server had been by and we said no and he went to get the server. 6:30 still no one ever came by. We got up and walked to the door and asked to see the manager who upon arriving at the host stand and after we VERY calmly explained what happened all she said was "sorry". We left and will NEVER go back! DO BETTER!

  I had a very disappointing experience here. While dining, there was a roach crawling on my plate, and it then continued to crawl across the table. This was extremely unsettling and unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the response from management. When I brought it to the general manager’s attention and showed a photo, there was little to no empathy. I was told, “there’s nothing I can do about that” and that they don’t usually have that problem. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the seriousness of the issue. Cleanliness and customer care should be a top priority at any restaurant. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that. I would not recommend dining here.

  We come up to the National Harbor every year for the Sea Air Space convention. We hadn’t eaten here and decided to for it try. It was busy and we were seated at a very small booth against wall. I ordered a 6oz fillet medium well, and brussel spouts. Our server was nice but not attentive. Food took 45 minutes to come out. My steak came out undercooked so I had to send it back. By the time my steak came back out my husband had finished his dinner. We had requested more drinks when our food came out but they showed up after we had finished. Overall for the price we weren’t impressed.

  I will never be coming back. My card was overcharged and I am now having to jump through hops to get a reasonable response from the fact that I was overcharged and there is a chance an employee has my card number. Horrible way to start a vacation and because of the charge am unable to use my banking card. Will never be returning and manager was no help and left me on hold

  The food was delicious- calamari, lobster and shrimp were on point! The steak was perfect! Also the service was excellent! Stengel was our server- he was very attentive and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and that our order was correct! We will definitely be back soon!
