  I had a very disappointing experience. I placed my order online at 8:50 PM, with an expected ready time of 9:12 PM. When I arrived, I was told by a new employee that my order didn’t exist and that I might be at the wrong location. After showing my confirmation, she printed the ticket but didn’t communicate what was happening next. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes, and when I asked for an update, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. This lack of communication and accountability is frustrating and disrespectful of customers’ time. If there is a mistake, it should be acknowledged and clearly communicated instead of leaving customers waiting without answers.

  I ordered pizza on Super Bowl Sunday. The pizza was so dry. I thought it was cheese toast.. They have to do better

  I was respectful and patient when placing my order in person, giving the employee time to finish what she was doing. While she seemed irritated, she took my order without issue. When I returned to pick it up, the experience went downhill. The employee was on the phone, visibly irritated, sucked her teeth when I gave my name, questioned whether I placed a pickup order, and then handed my food to me aggressively. When I asked for napkins, they were thrown into the bag just as aggressively. The energy behind the counter was unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I won’t be returning to this location.

  Ledo Pizza in Oxon Hill, MD, is the absolute best Ledo location for many reasons including the delicious pizza they make exactly to specification. I highly recommend you make this location your Ledo homemade. The front of house and kitchen staff are all rockstars. Love them all. Thank you and see you guys soon for my next order!
