- KLKiara LemonsMar 27, 20261.0I recently visited the location for its money order services. I had spoken with an employee Angela Davis who was to assist me. She advise me to wait because she had to scan some items. After waiting 10 mins for her to scan item and address customers she decided to try to help. I advise to Ms. Davis again that I needed assistance with money orders. After telling her the amount she decided to pass it over to another lovely lady who was a great help. I asked Ms. Davis why she was unable to do it. But no response. After being told by the young lady who help she advised they needed additional information from me because of the money order limit. Which made me believe Angela Davis did not want to do her job because of the complicated process. She just passed it on to someone else to do which I felt was very unprofessional, lack of consideration and very bad customer service. I advise this employee get the appropriate training on being able to assist ALL customers and not decide when to help someone based on the situation.
