  I had a delivery pickup at this location today and requested that the smoothie be properly sealed, as other Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations usually wrap or seal their drinks for delivery. Unfortunately, the manager informed me they do not provide that type of sealing and was dismissive when I tried to explain that customers often feel more comfortable with fully sealed packaging. The lid area was slightly wet, which makes proper sealing even more important for delivery orders. I was simply trying to advocate for customer satisfaction, but the interaction felt unprofessional. I hope management considers improving packaging standards for delivery orders to ensure better customer confidence.

  Amazing customer service at this location! I stopped in, placed an order and the staff was so friendly and fast. Also my bahama mama was made perfectly! I will be returning!

  I had an amazing experience thanks to an employee named Ikea. Ikea was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive, making sure my order was perfect and delivered with a great attitude. Her positive energy and excellent customer service truly stood out and made my visit enjoyable. Employees like Ikea are a huge asset and the reason I will be returning. Outstanding service!

  The vibes were good walking in I was greeted by a woman Ikea and I manage to catch her name because she was on the register at the time. Ikea is wonderful with her customer service.. repeating my order back to me, letting me know what I was paying for and asking of any allergies to anything, very nice.. Great experience!
