I asked if they offer military discount, she said yes and asked to see my ID. Still in her phone.. i showed her my ID. I paid for my order, got tye receipt and realized that my military discount was not applied. Still in her phone- she tells me it cant be fixed. In my mind as a customer, the fix would be to do a refund and do it correctly. I asked her to fix it she said she couldn't. She called over another employee she stayed the same. Employees need to stay out of their phone when dealing with customers on the clock. i dont care about the discount - its the lack of customer service provided. They didnt even try. But dont say a refund cant be done. Had my order been wrong or a bug or hair been in it - would i not get a refund?
