Last night we ordered delivery due to my car being in the shop, and we were very disappointed when we opened our boxes. The pan pizza was just a little thicker than a hand-tossed pizza. The New Yorker was terribly constructed and the sauce was dry. I'm still trying to figure out why it was cut into 14 uneven pieces. I don't know if they cooked it too long or what. When I called to talk to the manager she said I would have to bring the pizza back in. I explained I was without a vehicle and couldn't do that, which is why I ordered delivery. She said she can give a credit with a nasty attitude. I never want to order pizza from this location again and asked for a refund. She refused. So, your team did not make the pizza correctly, and I can't get a refund? That's crazy. The rest of my order was ok (chicken alfredo pasta, wings, fries). I only asked for a refund for the two pizzas that were not satisfactory.

The bottom crust of the pizza was soft and it was a very doughy pizza. The way the store is set up, there's no inside seating and you can't see the kitchen to know it the pizza was made fresh from scratch. Its not delivery, its Digiornos!!!
