  I visited Outback Steakhouse Saturday evening, and unfortunately, the meal service from the kitchen was not the best. I do want to highlight that our bartender was amazing and very helpful throughout the evening, doing her best to assist us. We ordered two wedge salads, but they came out overloaded with red onions — so much so that they overpowered the blue cheese crumbles. Additionally, neither salad included the bacon crumbles listed in the description. The wings we ordered were great, and our drinks were also very good. I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta, which looked appealing when it arrived, but it was very disappointing. The pasta was dry, lacked sufficient sauce, needed seasoning, and the noodles were overcooked. Overall, it was very bland. I asked a server named James, who was behind the bar, if he could request extra sauce from the kitchen. He said he would, but we observed him continuing other tasks while avoiding eye contact. When I followed up and asked if he had forgotten about the sauce, he responded, “Oh, hold on,” went to the kitchen, and returned saying they had no more sauce because the kitchen was closed. I explained that I had asked for the sauce before the kitchen closed, and that the situation was not right. He simply looked at me and walked away. We also witnessed a server come over to the bar area while talking to James as he was "cleaning the counter" and stick her bare hand into the ice bin and started eating ice out of it all while he was wiping the counter with the ice bin open so crumbs and whatever else was falling to the ice bin. The bartender later came over to check on us. I explained what had happened, and she immediately stepped in to help. She returned shortly with two small ramekins of sauce for my pasta, which I truly appreciated and thanked her for. We frequently visit this Outback location, so this experience was disappointing and not how we wanted to end our evening.

  We celebrated my cousin's 55th birthday here. The staff we very accommodating for our 20+ party size. The service was good for large party, and things moved slower, but that's to be expected. The wings were amazing. The blooming onion and spinach dip were hot and delicious. The top shelf Long Island Iced Tea was prepared strong (as requested). The burger is still one of the best burgers I've ever ordered. Outback did not disappoint. The only negative is that the menu had changed and didn't have as many options or old favorites available.

  Me & my family decided to dine here after we left a play. This was our first time here since we were coming from out of town.To make this short, the establishment was dirty with trash all over the floor, after waiting 40 minutes half of our food still didn’t come out & what was brought to the table was over cooked.If I’m ever in Maryland I won’t think twice about this place & wouldn’t recommend this establishment EVER!!! FYI: Our Server was very nice.

  Mistake was overcooked there was absolutely no pink in it at all, there was sour cream on my potato when I distinctly said only butter bacon and cheese, I did not get a refill on my drink. And tte climate was not lively, it was very loud and obnoxious. I was seated in the bar area, fof the servers convience. There was alot of loud silliness allowed in the bar that stole any peace and quiteness usually enjoyed at meal time. 1 very loud person at the bar was talking about how he has sex, the management did not try to control the atmosphere at all and it was more like a midnight happy hour then an afternoon lunch.

  I'm a medical courier out of Virginia, in MD waiting on a specimen pickup. I had time to kill & was starving, so I decided to grab a bite at the Outback. The nature of my job, I tend to have to eat on the fly for the very rare times that I get time to eat. Normally I tell staff this up front, but didn't this time (tired & didnt think about it lol) But every one I dealt with was kind & courteous. The security guard opened the outside door for me- its currently 37° out. The hostess was sweet. Michael was my server & he was excellent 👌🏼 I also had a runner bring my bread & water who was very nice, but I didnt catch their name. The food came out very quickly & was delicious. I ordered the sirloin & coconut shrimp. All around, a far better experience than my previous Outback experience elsewhere. The bathroom was also clean. I am glad I decided to stop. Great experience! No photos...I ate it all 😊
