We were seated for 20 minutes before a server comes out and states she didnt know she had a table. We put in drink orders for sodas which took another 20 minutes to get. It was clear the staff was only interested in closing and not providing any customer service or food as we could hear very loud laughing and employees saying goodbye to each other from the kitchen. We ended up declining the drinks after a 40 minute wait and left without eating. The restaurant floor was dirty and needed mopping. Half the tables had dirty dishes on them and the other half had bleached soaked rags so the restaurant smelled of must and bleach. This in conjunction with the lack of service ruined our evening date. Spend your money elsewhere.

She asked what drinks we wanted, and since we were ready to order, I mentioned that too. I even told her I didn’t think that was her job, and she smiled and said, “Everything here is my job.” She took our order and made sure our food came out quickly — everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Jennifer’s customer service was amazing, and because of her teamwork, our waiter James ended up getting a better tip. I think he was just a little busy today, but together they made sure we were well taken care of. You can tell Jennifer really cares about the guests and keeps things running smoothly. Big thanks to both Jennifer and James for making our visit such a good one!
