No one was inside except him to place an order. He bought 1 big mack, 8 chicken strips and a caramel frappe. We frequent this Mcdonalds all the time, sometimes 2 to 3 times a week. We are so sad and disappointed. Discouraged beyond words. I watched all the drive-thru cars moving thru. Stopping less than 30 seconds, picking up their food. But what about my husband waiting in the lobby of Mcdonalds for over 30 minutes for our small order. So disappointed !! And Hurt !!!

He really impressed me as I can’t remember ever receiving that level of service at a McDonald’s. Also, my coffee was made exactly how I ordered it.
