We visited on a Friday in late February 2026. We reviewed the menu and were seated immediately by Orlando. We both order burgers (with tots) all cooked to perfection for us. Our meals arrived in very short order and Orlando was very attentive without hovering. We are both fans of fountain Coke products, this location serves Pepsi.

Sssssoooo bad. 7:30 on a Friday night and they were already closing down. Maybe it’s the bankruptcy but it was terrible. Guy at the front waved a hand and said “sit anywhere,” my daughter picked a booth that had been repaired with duct tape but I was too tired to argue. After waiting 15 minutes had to physically go get the waiter who was scrolling on his phone. He said they were out of tomatoes and pickles (wth?!?) so we ordered burgers without those. The lettuce had a bug on it so we didn’t eat it. Probably should have skipped the rest of the food too. Another bug flew around while we were eating. The men’s room had a sign saying “out of order”. The chairs were on the tables before we left, which was long before closing time. Only thing can say about it, it seemed popular for high school or college-aged take out. Probably because it was cheap. And it’s literally the only sitdown place in the mall. But there’s clearly no oversight or investment from the absent bankrupt corporate overlords.

This place was extremely disappointing and blatantly racist. I went to this restaurant with my mom to eat, and we were completely ignored from the moment we walked in. A waitress was cleaning tables but stopped as soon as she saw us and went to the back instead of helping us. The only reason we were able to sit down was because the person handling takeout (who was Black) finished cleaning a table for us. When it came time to order, the waitress continued to ignore us, and once again, the same takeout worker had to take our order. All we received was our drinks. About 15 minutes later, a group of four came in and was seated and served well before us, even though we had been waiting much longer. We waited, assuming our food was being prepared, but after an excessive amount of time with no updates, it became clear that our order was not a priority. Staff were in the back eating instead of preparing our food. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave without ever receiving our meal. Overall, the treatment we received felt discriminatory and unacceptable. This experience was clearly influenced by racism, and because of it, I will never eat here again.
