I explained what I wanted and she told me it couldn’t be done how I requested. Got charged and extra $3.50 plus an additional $3.50 for my sour cream . Completely unacceptable will be contacting corporate. This is the 3rd time me coming to this establishment and receiving poor service

I reluctantly ordered on the app hoping that this restaurant would give me what I ordered. Sure enough, when I get home, I just got a regular bowl with no double protein. I feel Chipotle tricked me into spending money making me believe that this was a great deal. This restaurant cheated me also reinforces the stigma that Chipotle's portion size is still not proportional to what we pay as a consumer. I also believe maybe the cooks and servers àre doing this on purpose. From now on, I will never order on the app again an will only order in person so that I can watch them make my food. I will also take a break from Chipotle and take my business elsewhere since they don't want to change this shady business practice. Always check your food before you leave because they will cheat you.

The beans are super spicy, the chicken, SPICY, the pico de gallo and corn have so much jalapeño in it I literally pick out as much as I can every time. I just cant enjoy it anymore. The time before this visit I just gave my food to someone else because of how spicy it was. This time its less but still disappointing. I spent $18 (with fountain drink) but feels like a waste of $20! I only added extra chicken since they barely added any!!! Just a bunch of rice and beans really. It sucks because I cant even get the kids beans, rice and chicken here, because of how spicy the beans and chicken are, idk why theres even a kids meal on the menu. Giving up on Chipotle. Wont come here again.
