When I walked in, I tried to place my order, but the front-of-house associate was on the phone taking another customer’s order while the other employee seemed disengaged. I eventually placed my order. It was a bit complicated since I wasn’t ordering for myself, and I left my brother to pick it up. When I returned, he still didn’t have the food. I noticed an employee holding a tray of drinks that looked like mine, so I approached the counter. She asked if it was my order, and I confirmed: two lemonades, one peach, one regular, and the rest of the items I remembered. She responded with “Huh?” in a rude tone. I said “never mind,” and she replied with an attitude as if she was dismissing me basically like you ain’t gonna do nothing and get out my face. Overall, the service was unprofessional and frustrating, and it’s clear the staff needs better training. This experience was completely unacceptable.
