  Hands down best steak in the city, let me just say your server Kiara was the best server I’ve ever had, she was so attentive, always making sure we didn’t need anything and we were happy with our meal. She should be a manager without a doubt, she gave us 10/10 service. We will always be a returning customer.

  On vacation & we went to the Cadillac Ranch. We ordered food and one of us didn’t get his food, after 10 more minutes & asked where his food was. His food hadn’t been sent to kitchen yet! We waited another 10 minutes & asked, they forgot to put the order in again! Two of us were done with our meals and we were leaving when his dinner (appetizer plate) finally came out! We walked out disgusted!

  We were here for ice at the gaylird and wanted to dinner before. There were 3 of us and we went up to the bar for a drink and food. Bartender didnt know how to make an old fashion or anything. Why are you bartending? No silverware of any sort, etc. Like if its busy just put it on the bar ahead of time in a cup. We put in the order and we waited...and waited. Two of us got our food and the one waited and waited. We double checked with the server and they forgot a person's whole meal. Like, not an appetizer the whole thing a person ordered. They told us what happened and put it in. We waited and waited and 20 minutes later nothing still. What an embarrassment, luckily this was with family and not a work related event. And when it came time to make it right they said oh we gave you a soda off the check. Not 10% off or 20% or something

  Nice place. I've been here before and it was great. But this time we were there for a half hour and the only person that talked with us was the host who finally came to the door after 5 minutes. We were seated and ignored in the front row from the bar. The menu items and prices are very different from the online menu. It was Monday but come on. We got up and left without getting a second glance and went down the block to the Brass Tap.

  The queso was good. The tacos not so much. It took about 20 minutes for the server to acknowledge we were there then another 20 just to get our beverages, and another 20 for them to take our order. For a place that is really no better than a large Applebee's with a bull, would have expected a bit more considering the amount of traffic that goes through there. I understand understaffed and such, but no reason to skimp on quality of service.
