My husband and I went there in the evening last night after dinner. 11/6/25. We walked in and it smelled clean and it was immaculate. The beverage refrigerator well stocked, the display cases stocked in an almost artistic way. The shop was beautiful and CLEAN. Then when we had our orders taken, the gentleman was really kind. He was very professional calling us “sir” and “ma’am”. His personality was warm and he took care of his shop well. If he was the owner, you can tell he loves his shop. If he was an employee, he took great ownership over the shop and he seems to take great pride in being excellent. I don’t know how else to describe my experience very well other than to just say I was so impressed by this Ben and Jerry’s location. It was a very nice way to end our evening. The experience made the cost worth it to us.
