  I’ve visited Ben & Jerry's a few times and it never disappoints! The ice cream is amazing, but what really makes the place special is Anthony. He’s so welcoming, friendly, and has an awesome personality. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. Great customer service like that keeps me coming back!

  Had a great experience at the Ben & Jerry’s at National Harbor! The ice cream was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was the service. Mike, the GM, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly. It’s always nice to see great customer service—he definitely made the visit even better. Will be coming back!

  I have 4 children. One of them has a horrible dairy allergy. I wish I had the young man's name that was working around 6-8 pm on 4/9. I told him my youngest had a dairy allergy. He proceeds to make my other children their ice cream and then make my bible baby her ice cream. He got a fresh box from the back, new scooper and gloves to make sure there was no cross contamination. I was a young African American guy with iPods. Thanks to his precaution my baby girl had the opportunity to try ice cream from the ice cream shop for the first time with out a reaction. Thank you for help making our last day in National Harbour memorable.
