  What is very nice even though the sale was still on advertisement for the new bubble bowl he still gave me a complimentary and an extra fruit for the inconvenience. They were very nice

  I placed a delivery order from Tropical Smoothie and unfortunately received someone else’s order. I clearly told the delivery driver multiple times that the name and items were not mine, but he still insisted I take it. I declined and asked that my correct order be delivered. I then tried calling the store several times, but no one answered, and the voicemail box was full. I ended up spending $35 and received neither my bowl nor my smoothie. This was a very frustrating experience. Better communication, order accuracy, and basic customer service are definitely needed. I would appreciate someone from management reaching out to resolve this issue.

  Owner “Monica” cares more about her profit margin than doing what makes sense. Can’t authorize returns on a Saturday which seems to be their most busy day because staffing isn’t up to par; Would rather customer leave empty handed with no return due to that.

  I love going to this location it’s close to work so very convenient. Monica is the best excellent customer service, and she makes sure my order is right everytime. I love her energy first thing in the morning. If she’s not in there, I’m walking out. But my smoothies and breakfast sandwiches are always made to perfection(When she does it). I would recommend this location(If Monica is there)
