- DSDarlene Scarborough4 days ago1.0This store has really gone downhill. I’ve been shopping here for years, but my last two visits have been extremely frustrating. Both times, I couldn’t find a shopping cart anywhere. I asked multiple employees for help, and no one was able—or willing—to assist. It’s unacceptable to shop in a grocery store without a cart, and even more frustrating when no one seems to care. On top of that, the store was poorly stocked, with many of the items I needed unavailable. Overall, it feels like there is a lack of management and accountability. Something needs to be done to improve the customer experience.

- PBPatria B.Mar 8, 20263.0I shop at Safeway at times for the deals and mango habanero rotisserie chicken however, yesterday I had a question and could not get to the Customer Service area. Once you are in the store, you can't just walk over to it. I guess to deter stealing 🤷🏾♀️ there are floor bars blocking your way and areas where you have to scan your receipt to exit. I had to search for store staff on my side of the store to ask my questions. Since this change, I have shopped less here unless I am running in for 1-2 items. This method to reduce stealing, impacts those of us that don't steal and shop at this location.
