A girl (possibly new?) couldn’t even follow directions on the things requested in the bowl so there were a number of things missed in one. He even checked to see if they were still open because they were cleaning early? So maybe that is why things were missed but in that case why not say “Give us a minute to get those ingredients back out for you” or something instead of not providing what was requested. Overall If she couldn’t handle doing two things at once then why not take her time and do one at a time or if she missed some things why not ask and clarify. She missed almost everything that was asked for one of the bowls (beans, veggies, salsa, sour cream). It is just a bit ridiculous to miss things when they are being listed to you and if they were closing early why not say so instead of delivering poor service. This has happened in the past and it’s just disappointing. Make sure when you go you keep a CLOSE eye and double check on EVERYTHING and read things out twice to ensure you get what you request. Also, I guess go before 9pm even though they close at 10pm.

And when I asked for a little more chicken because I saw what she did, she tells me it cost more money. Bullshit. Your practice is purposely putting less to force to charge more. You did the same to my son and my wife and all 3 of us complained. And then they were communicating in Spanish to charge me more like I didnt understand them. Serviced at 12:50pm on Saturday March 21 2026. Do no go here unless you want to be ripped off.
